Day and Time: Wednesday, May 13. A cash bar will be available at 5:00 pm with dinner at 6:00 pm
Each dinner will include:
· Wedge salad with smoked bacon, yellow tomatoes, shredded heirloom carrots & blue cheese vinaigrette
· Honey roasted baby carrots
· Risotto-style parmesan orzo pasta
· Main course selection from one of three choices for each attendee
· Warm rolls and butter
· Coffee, decaf, hot or iced tea
· Grandmother’s cake with pastry cream, lemon short crust, pine nuts & almonds.
Main course choices: Pick one for each attendee.
- BRAISED SHORT RIBS: Cabernet braised short ribs of beef with cabernet jus and balsamic reduction.
- GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN: Grilled pork tenderloin with bacon apple jus.
- 5 CHEESE MANICOTTI: Five cheese manicotti in tomato cream sauce.
